C.A. Wells returns to Alameda February 21 & 22 to teach one of her newest pieces and some favorites from previous classes she's taught. The pieces C.A. will be teaching are below. Registration information is at the bottom of the page.
Finish this unique triangular block cushion totally by hand! Class requires pre-stitching of either C.A.'s Sampler Tri-Block or Berlin Work Tri-Block. In class you will complete the finishing of your tri-block using C.A.'s Linen Binding to join the bias edge to a straights edge. All by hand, and all executed from the outside - no turning inside out ensures a smooth picture perfect finish.
You may purchase either kit in advance to pre-stitch or you may bring a previously purchased C.A. tri-block kit. The stitching that should be completed before class is the double four-sided stitch border around the band and the front and back pieces of the triangle. If you have questions on this or need assistance in pre-stitching the piece please contact Cathe Ray. If you need to purchase a kit indicate which kit you require when you register and it will be sent to you; or you may arrange to pick it up.
